Change

I never once thought that quitting music was an option for me. About six months ago, when the band pretty much fell apart for a little while, I was completely devastated and heartbroken. I thought the band was over, and I felt very hurt, alone, and I was really depressed. Naturally I wrote a lot of music during that time. I was lucky enough to have Alex around as the only remaining member of the Wind. Within only a few short weeks, we were lucky enough to find Michelle, Zach, and Anthony.

I won’t ever go into detail about what happened, but all I’m going to say is that the member changes were for the best. I have a supportive and passionate group of people with me now.

Change is a good thing. Sometimes it’s necessary. A lot of times it’s for the best, so don’t let it scare you. Six months ago I thought I was done, but I’m feeling stronger than ever, and in three weeks, me and my RAD bandmates are playing the Gothic Theater for Lola Black’s XXXmas.

“The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow, is if we change. The only way that we can change, is if we learn.”
