Going into this show, I was really nervous. I was worried that I had lost support after the last lineup fell apart. And as all my self-doubting moments end up, I was once again proven wrong. I watched numerous people walk into the venue wearing our shirts, buying our merch, excited to see us play. During our set, I was overwhelmed by the positive responses we got from the audience. Everyone loved the new songs. And to put it simply, I could not have found a better lineup. I couldn’t stop smiling. Each of them are incredibly skilled in their own way, and bring an overwhelming amount of energy to the music. Alex even got on top of a monitor towards the end of our set and jumped off of it. I’ve been gifted with four angels, and I’m so, so grateful for them. Our next show is at Herman’s Hideaway on July 12th with Davey Suicide. Come rage.

Sharone & The Wind brands its music as "dark rock", a fitting description for songwriter Sharone's deep feminine voice, and lyrics about life experiences and lingering despair. The atmospheric, melodramatic music of Evanescence and the psychedelic blues of Black Sabbath inspired Sharone to start playing live in 2014. By spring 2016, she had formed her rock band; its debut album, Storm, was released April 22, 2017. Shortly following the release, Sharone underwent a complete lineup change, and came back stronger than ever with the reincarnation of the Wind: Alex Goldsmith on guitar, Michelle Bailey on piano, Zach Barrera on bass, and Anthony Hester on drums. The band's sophomore album entitled 'Enchiridion of Nightmares' was released on April 13th, 2018. The band is currently gearing up for their first ever tour.
